What is the difference between hibernate and shut down?
Hibernate Option:
When you hibernate your computer, all of your unsaved data remained safe. But your computer remained properly shutdown. You can carry your laptop anywhere you want.
When you have opened a lot of files folder and you want not to lose your work and want to continue your work then this option will help you a lot.
When tomorrow you open your laptop, all of your work will resume from a previous day.
Note:
I recommend you to shut down your pc after a few days when you haven’t shut down. Because constantly hibernating your computer will slow down your computer because lot’s of data remaining in your flash memory, Ram.
Turn Off or Shut Down:
When you turn off or simply shut down your computer it will delete all of your unsaved work.
